    Color consistency across rolls
    Digital printing uses closed-loop color calibration. Batch-to-batch variation is controlled within Delta E < 1.5 for standard colors.
    Wash care for printed surface
    Machine wash at 30-40°C. Turn fabric inside out before washing to reduce surface abrasion on printed areas.
    Heat setting after printing
    Disperse dyes require heat fixation at 180-200°C for 60-90 seconds to complete dye migration into fiber.
    Storage before printing
    Greige fabric should be stored at 20-25°C, 50-65% RH for 48 hours before digital printing to stabilize moisture content.
